For the past 15 years I have been developing and managing grassroots, national and international campaigns mainly focussed on food and climate justice and for the last couple of years I have also been running my own kids yoga business. 2020 brought about some big changes for me, but ultimately they’ve landed me here, where I can combine so many of my passions and I’m so happy about that.

For me the Grow Garden has the potential to bring so much to so many. Food is the one thing that connects everyone in the world, and yet our experiences are all very different, even just in this country. This is such  an exciting opportunity for our community to connect with each other and the process of growing food together, to educate ourselves in how climate change is affecting the food we eat and how we grow it, and to support each other to look after our mental and physical wellbeing by grounding ourselves in nature and being active.

But for now, there’s lots of work to do to bring the Grow Garden to life! I can’t wait to see you at one of our workshops or events in the coming months. I have a beautiful vision of socialising round the firepit after a day of learning and fun. Good times are coming!
